Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Emillion Media Group ("we," "us," or "our") to the client ("you," "your," or "Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services and Scope

1.1. The services provided include 360 Marketing Consulting, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Website Development as per the chosen package.

1.2. Any additional requests or services outside the agreed scope may require additional payment, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. You must provide all necessary passwords, logins, databases, and any required content to initiate services.

2.2. You are responsible for being available to send any verification codes needed during the setup period.

2.3. You must ensure that your accounts on advertising platforms are verified using formal documentation, as required. We can assist with this process, but you must provide the correct documentation.

2.4. You must ensure that sufficient funds are available in your bank account to cover advertising costs on Meta and Google. We take no responsibility for ads pausing due to declined payments but will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. All services must be paid for in full before commencement.

3.2. Payment for ongoing services begins at the start of each month. If services commence mid-month, the cost will be prorated, and full payment will start at the beginning of the following month.

3.3. Clients must use their own credit card or payment method to pay for advertising. You may enter this information yourself or request us to do so on your behalf.

3.4. For Website Development services, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

3.5. Any requests or changes to the web build that fall outside the scope of the agreed project brief will be billed at an hourly rate of AUD $80, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

4.1. All data provided by you, including credit card details, client data, revenue, passwords, and logins, will be securely stored within our secured platforms.

4.2. This information will not be shared outside of our agency without your explicit consent.

5. Service Commencement and Content Provision

5.1. Services will only commence once we have received all necessary content, passwords, access, and logins from you.

5.2. We will inform you of all information required to begin, and it is your responsibility to provide this information promptly.

6. Contract Period and Termination

6.1. You agree to the contract period as stated in your package.

6.2. Termination or pausing of the contract will only be considered under extreme circumstances and is subject to our discretion.

6.3. Emillion Media Group reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time in the event of abusive or inappropriate behaviour, repeated late or missed payments, unreasonable delays in approval processes, or any other conduct that adversely affects the working relationship or project progress.

7. Business Hours and Support

7.1. Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Queensland time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

7.2. While we strive to respond to emergencies outside of business hours, we cannot guarantee availability during these times.

8. Online Service Delivery

8.1. Our services are provided online, and we are not required to visit your physical business location.
